Green Apples and Celery with Mustard Vinaigrette

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the lemon juice, mustard, honey, olive oil, and garlic in a large bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients, toss, plate and serve.
